I have tried contacting this company 3x over the past week, and at least 10x over the past year. No one returns calls or answers the email.
They quoted me a price for a crown and root canal. My insurance covered their portion, which left me with a $215 balance. Well, someone at this company added an additional $872 to make the balance $1087. There was no explanation for the additional charges. My insurance company sent me a letter stating that my only charge should have been the remaining balance of $215.
I called their Billing Dept. and can never get anyone. I emailed them 3x and still got no response.
This is why I only went to them 2x, and NEVER AGAIN!!! Beware if you plan to visit this company.
