Great Expressions Dental Centers - Great Expressions at Severance is a nightmare.
I went to the Severance Office for a 30 minute procedure to jave a cap replaced and they poked and prodded in my mouth almost 3 hours and the cap they presized and pre ordered didnt fit. My gums were bleeding and after being left alone I get upnto walk through and the wacky Dr is drilling in someone else mouth.
Je left me with the assistant. Minx you, the imprints and fittings were taken in advance. They were supposed to fit. I am so angry and in pain.
Long story short, Charles the assistant let me leave without a cap and told me to.nrush hard in the torn area. The Dr never came back. Today I get a call from the receptionist asking if I could come back today to have them tale more impressions. I couldn t believe it!
And before leaving yesterday I told Charles who was very rough with me I was unhappy about the wait and the 230 hrs I spent on what was to ne be a 30 minute procedure and he said to me "Stuff happens". No applogies.
Im calling my insurance company. O dont ever want to go back their for anything

I should have read all this before I went but now I'm stuck with pricey digging on my teeth
Well, when a corporate chop shop cuts corners and has newbie dentists use cheap labs, crown remakes are usually what happens. Guess you went to this clown club to save money, didn't you?
Well, now you must pay the price for that cheap dentistry.
Your insurance company can't do a thing and doesn't want to.
They are who put this clown club on your insurance list anyway. State Board of Dentistry cannot do much, either, as it is a Toronto teacher's union that owns the chain, not a dentist.
Next time, choose a reputable dentist who owns his practice.
