Have contacted them many times. Always another excuse.

Work was done in December 2016. Was overcharged for the extraction. Contacted them in March 2017. They agreed I was over-charged.

My insurance would pay in full for the extraction and have paid in full for the extraction, but I was charged $153.00 for same extraction. Now, tried to call the local office.. went to voice mail at 2:00 in the afternoon. Called the main office 888 number - also went to voice mail.

The dentist was good, but it took three hours to get one extraction done. It appears they over charge and do not expect to return the money.

Reason of review: Problems with payment.

Monetary Loss: $153.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

Don't know any dental insurance plans that pay for extractions 100%. And I have been practicing for many, many years.

Never have I taken 3 hours to extract a tooth.

Young dentist probably go in over his head with a difficult extraction. Surgical extractions and harder cost at least $250.

Look, you went to a sleazy corporate clinic to save money, and part of the deal is getting abysmal service. You got what you paid for.

I'll bet there are plenty of top-notch dentists in private practice within 3 miles of where you live. Find one.
